Titles not yet included

DNA-TrACK is work in progress and needs to be updated continuosly.

We already have a collection of titles “not yet included”.

Would it be possible to have a separate “database” of titles not yet included (Fields: Title, Authors, Journal, Year, DOI) with a feature that allows contributors to say “I am working on this” and then once they submit it to the DNA-TrACK database it is automatically removed from the “not yet included” list?
